Arrival - Thursday 1 February
All overseas schools will be met at the airport by a NIST representative and transported to their respective hotels. Schools should aim to arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport before 16:00. Transportation is solely for participants and staff. Only those on the team roster will be taken into account regarding numbers.
* Bangkok schools should aim to arrive at NIST by 7:30 on Friday 2 February for the opening ceremony

Departure - Sunday 4 February
All overseas schools will be transported from their respective hotels to the airport no later than 15:00. Visiting schools should book return flights from Bangkok after 18:00. Transportation is solely for participants and staff. Only those on the team roster will be taken into account regarding numbers.

Coaches Meeting
The coaches meeting will take place at NIST at 18.30 on Thursday 1 February. A representative from each school is required to attend the meeting. Shuttle buses will pick up representatives from their respective hotels at 18.15 and drop off upon completion of the meeting.

Medical Services
There will be an Ambulance, First Aiders and the School Nurses on duty throughout the tournament schedule. However, it is imperative that all competitors have insurance cover and that this is available for presentation if hospital treatment is required. Responsibility for any payments lies with the visiting schools and will not be accepted by NIST.

Transportation
There will be a morning and evening shuttle service from/ to the Movenpick & Dream Hotels and NIST from Friday - Sunday. Exact times will be available at the Coaches’ Meeting.

Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner will be hosted in the HUB Gymnasium at NIST International School on the evening of Saturday 3 February. The theme for the Gala dinner will be 'wear the colors of your schools country'. The event will include the presentation of the MVP Awards, a guest speaker, live music by some of the NIST High School students and a Kahoot quiz on SEASAC and Basketball hosted by the NIST Athletic Council.

Coaches will receive security badges to enter the NIST campus. Teams are however individually responsible for their own valuables.

Food & Beverage
Teams will receive lunch coupons per participant for lunch per day. There will be opportunity to purchase snacks at the venue throughout the event. Additionally, schools should ensure that athletes bring a water bottle that they can refill when required at the venue.

Hospitality
We will have a coaches’ hospitality area available in the Sports Complex on the school campus. Light refreshments will be available in the morning for all coaches and concession stands will be located close to the Sports Complex for students. Lunches for participants and coaches will be available from the school cafeteria at specified times. NIST also plans to provide a ‘massage room’ available to all participants and coaches throughout each tournament day.
